Service Description

10 weeks of training designed around your weekly availability to get you into good shape to perform for that key event, whether that be Nationals or that local TT you really want to smash out of the park! The benefits of this package are you get time to work on weaknesses and address them as well as time for that perfect taper to get you flying. Cost includes initial communication via email/phone to asses your needs and requirements followed by a customised 10 week program which is reevaluated every 2 weeks depending on how you're tracking, making sure you get to that start line flying
